HISA Registration Rule: Proposed Rule Published for Public Comment

The Horseracing Integrity and Safety Authority has submitted a proposed rule on Registration, which must be approved by the Federal Trade Commission within 60 days of publication in the Federal Register, and the public is invited to comment on its approval.
