US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Review for Heavy Forged Hand Tools from China

The US Department of Commerce has released the final results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on heavy forged hand tools from China, making changes to margin calculations based on comments received and resulting in different final weighted-average dumping margins for the reviewed firms.
