EPA Approves Revisions to Arizona State Implementation Plan

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized approval of changes to the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality's portion of the Arizona State Implementation Plan, which addresses affirmative defenses for excess emissions from sources regulated under the Clean Air Act of 1990.
