U.S. Commerce Department Announces Final Results of Sugar from Mexico Administrative Review

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that the Government of Mexico and selected Mexican sugar companies met the terms of an agreement suspending a countervailing duty investigation, during the review period from January 1, 2023, to December 31, 2023.
