Environmental Impact Statement on the Urban Ring Project Phase II in Boston and Surrounding Communities

The Federal Transit Administration (FTA) and the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority (MBTA) plan to create an Environmental Impact Statement (EIS) for Phase II of the Urban Ring Project in Boston and surrounding areas, Massachusetts. The EIS will assess three alternatives: a no-build option, transportation improvements, and a Bus Rapid Transit system.
