NOAA to Evaluate Coastal Zone Management Programs and National Estuarine Research Reserves

The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management will assess the performance of several coastal management programs and national estuarine research reserves, including those in Hawaii, New Hampshire, Puerto Rico, and South Carolina, to ensure compliance with the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972.
