EPA Establishes Permanent Tolerances for Azoxystrobin in Various Fruits and Vegetables

The US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized a rule establishing permanent tolerances for combined residues of azoxystrobin in over 100 fruits and vegetables, following a request from the Interregional Research Project #4 (IR-4) under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) and the Food Quality Protection Act (FQPA) of 1996.
