EPA Revises Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions on Tomatoes

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has revised time-limited tolerances for residues of Propamocarb Hydrochloride in tomatoes, tomato paste, and tomato puree, in response to an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA). The revised tolerances will expire on December 31, 2003.
