DoD Proposes Changes to Profit Policy Under Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement

The US Department of Defense is proposing amendments to the Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement to shift the focus from facilities investment to performance risk and cost efficiency, and to increase the consideration of general and administrative expenses in determining profit objectives.
