EPA Proposes Approval of New Jersey Ozone Control Measures

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to approve a New Jersey State Implementation Plan revision to meet the national ozone standard, focusing on reducing emissions in two severe ozone nonattainment areas: the New York, Northern New Jersey, Long Island Area and the Philadelphia, Wilmington, Trenton Area. This plan aims to comply with the Clean Air Act requirements.
