EPA Approves New Hampshire's Clean Air Act Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has finalized the approval of New Hampshire's operating permit program under the Clean Air Act, following a proposal that was deemed noncontroversial and without anticipated adverse comments.
