Coast Guard Seeks Comments on Cook Inlet Regional Citizen's Advisory Council Recertification Application

The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking public comments on the Cook Inlet Regional Citizen's Advisory Council's (CIRCAC) application for recertification, which was submitted for the period of September 1, 2001, through August 31, 2002, under the Oil Terminal and Oil Tanker Environmental Oversight and Monitoring Act of 1990.
