Bombardier Proposes Airworthiness Directive for DHC-8-100, -200, and -300 Series Airplanes

Bombardier is proposing a new airworthiness directive to replace the observer's seat latch assembly on certain DHC-8-100, -200, and -300 series airplanes to prevent the seat from separating in the event of an accident or emergency landing.
