Office of Community Services; Individual Development Accounts - Final Rule

The Office of Community Services has implemented a final rule for the Assets for Independence Program, which aims to encourage low-income individuals to accumulate assets by matching their savings with federal and private funds, in order to assess the effects on low-income families and their communities.
