EPA Withdraws Air Quality Rule Due to Adverse Comments

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is withdrawing a direct final rule that would have approved revisions to air quality implementation plans for the Pittsburgh-Beaver Valley area, following receipt of adverse comments from Citizens for Pennsylvania's Future (PennFuture).
