U.S. Office of Personnel Management Requests Clearance for New Information Collection Form

The U.S. Office of Personnel Management is seeking OMB clearance for a new certification form, SF 86C, to be used in conjunction with the existing SF 86 questionnaire for national security positions, as required by the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
