SEC Extends Emergency Order to Address American Stock Exchange Market Developments

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) has extended an emergency order to address recent market developments concerning the American Stock Exchange, LLC, in response to Section 12(k)(2) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
