Bifenthrin Pesticide Tolerances for Emergency Exemptions

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has established a temporary tolerance for residues of bifenthrin on sweet potatoes, following an emergency exemption granted under the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act. The tolerance will expire on December 31, 2003.
