Federal Trade Commission Seeks Public Comment on Extension of Used Car Rule Information Collection Clearance

The Federal Trade Commission is requesting public comment on its proposal to extend the clearance of information collection requirements for its Used Motor Vehicle Trade Regulation Rule, which applies to used vehicle dealers, for an additional three years, until January 31, 2026.
