U.S. Labor Department Reopens and Extends Comment Period for H-2A Worker Fees

The U.S. Labor Department is reopening and extending the comment period for a proposed rule that would require employers to pay fees for labor certification and H-2A petitions, as well as modify the fee structure for these applications.
