US Department of Labor Announces Informal Briefings on Proposed Rule Changes for H-2A Workers

The US Department of Labor is hosting informal briefings to gather feedback from agricultural workers, employers, and other stakeholders on proposed rule changes that would require employers to submit fees for temporary alien agricultural labor certification and the associated H-2A petition at the time of filing.
