Delegation of the Adjudication of Certain Temporary Agricultural Worker (H-2A) Petitions, Appellate and Revocation Authority for Those Petitions to the Secretary of Labor

The U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service (INS) is delaying the effective date of a final rule that delegated the adjudication of H-2A agricultural worker petitions to the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) for the second time. This delay allows the DOL to implement the delegation, develop new systems and procedures, and train the public and the employment and training community.
