NOAA Extends Comment Period for Submarine Cable Permit Report

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is extending the public comment period for its draft report on the fair market value of a submarine cable permit in National Marine Sanctuaries by 15 days, following a public request, until September 1, 2001.
