PBGC Requests OMB Approval for Employer Liability Information Collection

The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) is seeking OMB approval to extend the collection of information related to Employer Liability under the Paperwork Reduction Act, with a public comment period now open. The PBGC is requesting public feedback on the proposed information collection, which is part of its regulation on Employer Liability (29 CFR Part 4062).
