EPA Proposes Changes to Whole Effluent Toxicity Test Methods

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing modifications to its standardized test procedures for measuring whole effluent toxicity, aimed at improving test performance and increasing confidence in results, following a settlement agreement with litigants.
