Indiana Revises Public Water System Supervision Program to Comply with Federal Regulations
The State of Indiana is revising its Public Water System Supervision (PWSS) primacy program to align with federal regulations, following a review by the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). This change is in response to the EPA's requirement for community water systems to prepare and provide annual Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs) to customers.
