EPA Proposes Full Approval of Vermont's Clean Air Act Operating Permit Program

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) is proposing to fully approve Vermont's operating permit program, which aims to regulate air pollution from major stationary sources, in line with the federal Clean Air Act. The proposal is made concurrent with Vermont's plan to revise its state regulations to address EPA's concerns.
