Monroe County Railroad Authority Grants Lease Exemption to Norfolk Southern Railway Company and Pennsylvania Lines LLC

The Monroe County Railroad Authority has granted Norfolk Southern Railway Company and Pennsylvania Lines LLC a lease exemption, allowing the companies to operate trains on the railroad without paying a lease fee. This exemption is effective immediately.
