Coast Guard Establishes Temporary Safety Zone on Quinnipiac River

The U.S. Coast Guard has created a 100-yard buffer zone on the north side and a 500-yard buffer zone on the south side of the Tomlinson Bridge in New Haven, Connecticut, to prevent marine traffic from passing under the bridge while a new lift span is being installed.
