DoD Extends Memorandum of Understanding with SBA to Award 8(a) Contracts Directly

The US Department of Defense has issued a final rule to extend the expiration date of a memorandum of understanding with the Small Business Administration, allowing DoD to award contracts directly to 8(a) Program participants instead of going through the SBA.
