U.S. Commerce Issues CVD Orders on Solar Cells from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam

The U.S. Department of Commerce has issued countervailing duty (CVD) orders on solar cells from Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam, and amended its previous determinations for Malaysia and Thailand due to ministerial errors. The ITC had previously made affirmative final determinations that led to these actions.
