Extension of Deadline for Decimal Pricing Rule Filings for Major US Exchanges

The US Securities and Exchange Commission has extended the deadline for major stock exchanges to submit rule filings related to the implementation of decimal pricing in equity securities and options, as required by the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
