DOD Amends Grant Administration Rules to Allow Fund Transfers and Update Disclosure Requirements

The Department of Defense (DoD) has finalized a rule allowing grant recipients to transfer funds among direct cost categories for awards with a federal share of $100,000 or less, and makes corrections to disclosure requirements under the Byrd Anti-Lobbying Amendment, updating language and provisions as a result of changes to law.
