OPM Requests Review of Expiring Information Collection Form OPM-1386B

The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) has submitted a request to the Office of Management and Budget for review of the expiring information collection form OPM-1386B, which gathers applicant race and national origin information, as part of the Luevano Consent Decree. The form will be made available electronically on the OPM website for agencies to download and distribute.
