Announcement of Availability and Request for Comment on “Recognizing Completion of Corrective Action Activities at RCRA Facilities” Guidance

The intent of this notice is to announce the availability of the "Recognizing Completion of Corrective Action Activities at RCRA Facilities" draft guidance memorandum, and invite public comment. By inviting comment, we hope to encourage greater involvement by States the regulated community, members of the public, and other stakeholders.
