Library of Congress Requests Comments on Satellite Royalty Funds Controversy

The Library of Congress is seeking comments from claimants of royalty fees collected under the 1999 satellite statutory license to determine if a controversy exists regarding the distribution of those fees, and to invite participation in a proceeding to resolve the issue.
