EPA Makes Direct Final Rule to Clarify Hazardous Waste Identification Rule

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has taken direct final action to revise the Mixture and Derived-From Rules, restoring certain exemptions and clarifying exemptions for specific hazardous waste mixtures, including those containing Bevill wastes and listed hazardous wastes with ignitability, corrosivity, or reactivity characteristics.
