U.S. Department of Commerce Determines Hot-Rolled Steel from Ukraine Sold at Less Than Fair Value

The U.S. Department of Commerce has concluded that hot-rolled carbon steel flat products from Ukraine are being sold in the U.S. at below-market prices, potentially harming American steel producers.
