NOAA Appoints Additional Member to Performance Review Board

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has appointed an additional member to serve on the Performance Review Board (PRB) for a 24-month term, responsible for reviewing performance appraisals and making recommendations on SES retention and compensation matters.
