Navy Makes Exclusive Licenses for Oxygen-Nitrogen Mixing Device Available

The US Department of the Navy is now offering exclusive or partially exclusive licenses for a pending patent that enables the creation of a continuously variable gas mixture of oxygen and nitrogen, useful for simulating high altitudes.
