Radio Broadcasting Services; Telluride and Norwood, CO - Request for Comments on Reallotment of Channel 285C1

The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) is seeking public comments on a proposal by Rocky III Investments, Inc. to reallot Channel 285C1 to Norwood, Colorado, as the community's first local radio station, and modify the license accordingly.
