EPA Awards Contract to The Bionetics Corporation for Confidential Business Information Access

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has contracted with The Bionetics Corporation to provide assistance in enforcing environmental regulations from May 30, 2001, to May 31, 2006, and granted the company access to confidential business information submitted to EPA under the Clean Air Act, Clean Water Act, and other relevant statutes.
