U.S. Department of Labor Proposes Guidelines for Determining Cancer Causation Under EEOICPA

The U.S. Department of Labor is proposing new guidelines to help determine whether an individual with cancer was caused by exposure to ionizing radiation while working on nuclear weapons production programs, as required by the Energy Employees Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act of 2000.
