State of Tennessee Authorization Application for Lead-Based Paint Activities in Target Housing and Child-Occupied Facilities

The State of Tennessee submitted an application to the EPA on January 17, 2001, for authorization to administer and enforce regulations related to lead-based paint activities in target housing and child-occupied facilities. The EPA is now accepting public comments on the application for 45 days.
