EPA Announces Availability of Reports on Arsenic in Drinking Water Regulations
The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has released three reports and recommendations on arsenic levels in drinking water, prepared by independent expert panels, to inform the development of a new rule on arsenic standards, following a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on July 19, 2001, which requested public comment on proposed arsenic standards of 3, 5, 10, or 20 micrograms per liter.
