McDonnell Douglas Model MD-11 Series Airplanes to Address Electrical Wiring Issue

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) proposes a new airworthiness directive to inspect and address potential electrical wiring issues in the avionics compartment of certain McDonnell Douglas Model MD-11 series airplanes, which could lead to electrical arcing and fires in the cockpit.
