U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service Reconsiders Designation of Critical Habitat for Rock Gnome Lichen

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service has again determined that designating critical habitat for the rock gnome lichen would not be prudent due to potential threats from collection, vandalism, and habitat degradation, and has revised its proposed finding to address comments and new information.
