EPA Approves Arkansas' Operating Permit Program and Implementation Plan

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has approved the State of Arkansas' Operating Permit Program and Implementation Plan, which aims to regulate air contaminant emissions from major stationary sources and other sources within the state's jurisdiction, in compliance with the Clean Air Act (CAA) and the Arkansas State Implementation Plan (SIP).
