National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration Announces Public Process for Restoration Plan and Environmental Impact Statement

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration is seeking public input on a plan to restore natural resources damaged by hazardous substances in the Southern California Bight marine environment, with a goal of developing a comprehensive restoration plan and environmental impact statement.
