FAA Proposes Rule on Passenger Facility Charge at Bemidji/Beltrami County Airport

The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is proposing to rule on an application to collect and use revenue from a Passenger Facility Charge (PFC) at Bemidji/Beltrami County Airport in Minnesota, in accordance with the Aviation Safety and Capacity Expansion Act of 1990 and Federal Aviation Regulations. The public is invited to comment on this proposal.
